  • Company’s Maintenance Representative on FEED requirements equipment selection.
  • Commissioning of DELTA V, SIS, DCS for various Facilities.
  • Designated Company CMMS Representative for all changes as per MOC Process (initiator/ implementor).

  • Developed equipment specific database reflecting problematic rotating equipment based on various tribology/ specific vendor reports as well as degraded functionality of Safety Critical Devices. This was utilized to understand threats & implement mitigations. This database was later fed into SHELL’s automated manage threats & opportunities database.
  • Developed and produced asset specific monthly KPI’s (utilizing Excel) detailing by count, maintenance work executed, existing and new failures. This was also fed into SHELL’s visualization tool – SPOTFIRE.
  • Lead & supported Reliability and Incident Investigations utilizing various RCFA techniques, verifying dominant failure modes were either mitigated via Preventative Maintenance Routines or amending Job Plan Routines to minimize repeat failures considering failure type, frequency of failure as well as time and cost to repair.
  • Verify equipment inventory datasets are correctly assigned and provided ad-hoc training wherever improvement areas are identified - output of Site Maintenance Audits.
  • Lead Failure Modes & Criticality Assessment (FMECA) on all equipment across all assets, assigning risk ranking and developing Specific Maintenance Strategies based on failure modes & criticality ranking – Contract Managed XPD8 Solutions LTD & PETROFAC – Aberdeen.
  • Created Master Equipment Listing (MEL), Preventative Maintenance Routines, associated Job Plans and sparing requirements for new projects across all offshore & land-based facilities (SOLAR MARS C90 Gas Compressor Package, Subsea Well’s and new topside controls, etc.) for inclusion into CMMS.
  • Review and re-classify Safety Critical and Environmentally Critical Device (5 yearly) based on various codes & standards (NFPA/USCG/API/ SAE JA1011/ INPO AP913, etc) – part of continuous improvement & MOC process.
  • Developed Operational Performance Standards in conjunction with legacy BG Group Technical Authority for all assets, which were tied into maintenance Job Plans.
  • Produced maintenance KPI’s (13 Maintenance KPIs) for all operational assets, utilized leading/ lagging indicators to highlight improvement areas as well as areas of excellence.
  • Conduct cost benefit analysis on various equipment justifying the need for change Vs continuous repair, sparing requirements based on available failure data as well as outputs from Root Cause Failure Analysis.
  • Contract Management support – leading in performance reviews to optimise Total Maintenance Cost against budgets verifying maintenance contracts are delivering value in accordance with the Contract Management Plan.
  • Supervised contracted TCS (TATA Consultancy Services – India) for database maintenance and modifications to CMMS - MAXIMO.
  • Developed specific SQL commands for data retrieval from CMMS used in weekly & monthly maintenance audits.
