Manage operations of the South-Central Wastewater District, which is one of the largest Wastewater Districts within the Authority. This District has attained the status of the best performing district under my tenure, with notable improvement in customer satisfaction through strategic developed initiatives
Notable Achievements:
Development and implement a programme of works for addressing customer complaints reducing number of complaint to less than five per month within the District.
Implement a program for the resolution of sewer collapses, which were long standing at locations such as Sutton Street in San Fernando, Frederick Settlement, Cipero Street, and most recently the replacement of trunk sewer mains along Butler Street, San Fernando. Project cost in excess of 20 million
Implementation of an effluent compliance programme at all wastewater treatment facilities within the district. Effluent compliance improved from below twenty percent (20%) to Ninety (90) percent
Manage the Beetham sewer trunk mains repairs and effectively through localized resources successfully completed the relocation and installation of forty four (44) inches diameter sewer trunk mains along Main street Beetham Gardens at a cost of Thirty Million (30) dollars
Manage the operation and maintenance of the New San Fernando Wastewater Treatment Plant as of November 2022 as part of the WASA’s San Fernando and Malabar Wastewater Upgrade project at a value of 1.1 Billion dollars

Reports to Regional Manager Wastewater with the task of managing the Wastewater South Section. This Section was responsible for all wastewater collection systems, inclusive of facilities south of the Caroni River to Point Fortin.
Notable Achievements:
Development and implement a programme of works for addressing accommodation issues within the Section.
Engage the Human Resources Division to successfully implement outstanding structure positions that has helped in the formation of necessary crews required to address outstanding issues within the South Wastewater Section.
Increase revenue generation through a number of initiatives, inclusive of recoverable jobs from external agencies. Revenue generation for the district exceeds 5 million dollars per annum
Development and implementation of a programme for the reduction of customers’ complaints (from an existing excess of 25 to less than 5 per month).
Implementation of an Effluent Compliance Programme at all wastewater treatment facility within the District.
Supervision of the repairs to collapsed trunk sewer mains at Scott Street, San Fernando (in excess of $10M).
