Assigns and monitors work to the Assistant Client Relations Officer
▪ Provides administrative assistance to the Senior Client Relations Officer in the areas of research, source market information, overseas representatives, and any other information critical to the successful functioning of the unit

· Prepares/schedules interviews of applicants
· Quality control checking of the work of the Assistant Client Relations Officer
· Conducts field interview where applicants maybe bed ridden or otherwise incapacitated
· Periodic checks of applications that are awaiting relevant documents for the completion of the application process
· Inspects all applicants’ files before forwarding information to Engineering aide for site visits.
· Interviews persons selected for housing draws

· Prepares acknowledgement/ denial letters for customers
· Prepares reselection letters for customers and possibly provide guidance if needed in housing selection choices
