- I am currently apart of the Water and Sewage Authority's Engineering Leadership Programme
- I Work under the director of Technology, Future Systems and Sustainability
- I am apart of the asset maintenance and automation team, under the group NIO (Network Intelligence Optimization)
- As a result I work directly on projects for the Inter American development bank where there is an overall upgrade of WASA's infrastructure and operating systems with a keen focus on automation
- Piping and instrumentation drawings (PID) of all WASA sites (745) which includes, booster stations, wells and water/wastewater treatment plants
- Development and implementation of standardized unique number identification/location system, for asset tagging, as well as its implementation into the CMMS program MAXIMO
- Development of MAXIMO data base for all of WASA's assets
- Development of a maintenance schedule for all equipment
- Creation of Preventative Maintenance plans for transport vehicles, pumps, motors, PLC's and instrumentation
- Development of HMI's (Human Machine Interfaces) for assets and water treatment facilities
- Development of district metered areas (DMA) as well as water balances and hydraulic modelling of said DMA's
- Training of individuals in MAXIMO usage, PID drawings which include sketching, site visits, AutoCAD drawings
