- Lead DCS Operator in startup, shutdown, abnormal and routine conditions
- Ability to operate DCS without direct supervision in startup , shutdown, abnormal and routine conditions
- Developed procedures for line cleaning for Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning of AUM-Urea/Utilities
• Assigned to work with Vendor in commissioning of high pressure Package Boilers
- Reduced downtime for equipment maintenance through proactive troubleshooting and preventive measures.
- Ensured product quality by conducting regular tests, adhering to strict safety protocols, and maintaining detailed records of process operations.
- Developed/Reviewed Standard Operating Procedures/Special Procedures for routine operation and startup/shutdown of equipment
- Point man during the Urea/Utilities TAR 2011
- Worked alongside plant vendor (TOYO) to accomplish specific tasks during commissioning
- Worked alongside various vendors in commissioning of systems and rotating equipment such as Demineralization Unit, Turbines, Chlorination Unit, Pumps
