Production (4 months):
- Reviewed and modified all standard operating procedures for Columbia 1600 production plant.
- Developed daily plant downtime sheet.
- Reviewed and modified plant safety matrix.
Sales & Marketing (6 months)- Abel Building Solutions:
- Responsible for sale of provisional (6 month or older) items. Coordinated & sold over 400K in provisional items via factory sale. This 400K represented 50% increase in provisional sales over entirety of 2015.
- Developed and oversaw SLA implementation between TOMCO and ABS for sale and warehousing of ABS products in Tobago.
- Developed and oversaw implementation of SOP for sales process from ordering to invoicing for MetPro division.
Human Resources (4 months)- Abel Building Solutions:
- Updated HRIS database including missing documentation and appraisals for all employees. Updated Organization Charts for all departments within ABS and Abel Clay.
- Coordinated and ran ABS first ever fun and family day in August 2016. Was able to run event 20% under budget.
Finance (4 months)- Abel Building Solutions:
- Actively involved in 2017 budgeting plan, process and implementation.
- Performed day to day duties in AP( Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable) and GL (General Ledger) arms of finance department.
Warehousing (3 months)- Abel Building Solutions:
- Performed weekly, monthly and quarterly stock checks for all AC units and spare parts.
- Responsible for revaluation and sale of low saleable spare parts as well as other provisional spare parts.
Purchasing (3 months)- Abel Building Solutions:
- Generated average of 20% savings for high volume purchase items.
