To apply my technical training and growing experience in hardware, software, and networking to provide effective ICT support as an On-the-Job Trainee at The University of the West Indies. I aim to learn from senior staff, develop advanced troubleshooting skills, and contribute to the efficient operation of Campus IT Services.

Currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer, Network and Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT). Completed Certificates of Proficiency in Basic Computer Repairs & Maintenance and Advanced Computer Maintenance and Networking – The University of the West Indies Global Campus. Actively pursuing CCNA certification through UWI Cisco Academy. Hands-on technical experience from the Ministry of the Attorney General – Summer Internship Programme (2025), providing on-site ICT support. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
