Chief Administrative Officer / General Manager

  • This includes overseeing the finance team and their tasks for the day, monitoring our 24-hour testing bay and all their activities throughout the day, and reporting back to the CEO

  • Giving assistance in clinic operations for example putting patients’ files together, ensuring bloods are sent to test at lab and ensuring the blood results are received from lab in a timely manner, then overseeing results being sent for patient via emails and the doctor to review, to give patient, the next steps to take regarding any health concerns
  • Ensuring all PCR, Antigen and blood results are sent out daily and patients are contacted to be verbally informed and updated as well
  • Training all new staff in the administrative, financial, and clinical administration departments
  • Creating procedures and formulating improvements to ensure that all goals are met, and staff is fully trained to carry out these procedures
  • These procedures and improvements also ensure that all processes are carried out in the most efficient, smooth and professional manner
  • Overseeing the stock control and ensuring we have all medical equipment necessary to carry out daily tasks
  • To ensure this happens accurately I work closely with doctors and nurses to ensure we have all the necessities needed
  • Ensuring that machines for example ECG is working properly by scheduling engineers to from time to time check the machine
  • Ensuring that patient files are filed correctly and organized so it is easily accessible at any time
  • Attending meetings together with the CEO when partnering with other companies
