  • Provided administrative support to the Divisional Manager, Corporate Services
  • Prepared monthly reports for the Corporate Services Division, presented before the Operations Committee
  • Documented the quarterly targets and results for the Corporate Services Division as well as arranged virtual and in person meetings with the Divisional Manager, managers and supervisors of Corporate Services to discuss challenges and the achievements derived from these reports.
  • Supervised the Allocations & Distribution Department and facilitated its main functions.
