  • Managed two team projects to create solutions for workspace organization and a standard for Evaluating ICT’s equipments at Ministry of Health
  • Evaluated the classroom, I assisted in teaching, for students with learning difficulties; help them find a passion to learn and progress in their studies; help them realize their strengths and weaknesses and worked with them to help in their journey of developing their known skills; taught them a basic introduction to life-skills and the importance of self-awareness and self-esteem, being ambitious and being kind.
  • Taught an interactive, exciting, thought-provoking introductory lesson on the SDGs
  • Effectively taught a class of neuro-typical pre-k students while teaching one neuro-divergent (autistic) student which the school staff admired as I never had that experience before; I was told that I was natural at being a special-needs teacher.
  • Volunteered at Arouca Community Council as an Assistant Welfare Officer and as a Counselor and Teacher; I helped created programs to strengthen the community; Helped directed the Summer Camps; taught children from different age groups different life lessons and gave revision of school work.
    Developed a personal project called Mission Inspire which is dedicated to empowering the vulnerable, especially the mentally-Ill, trauma victims and students with learning difficulties due to trauma.
  • Co-founded ICARE Sustainable Int., wearing different hats to help establish the NGO, mostly as
    Executive Secretary, and Country Program Director of Trinidad and Tobago’s branch and Partnership Manager.
