COVID-19 Staff Events

In order to maintain physical distance during the COVID19 pandemic, our ICT platforms that were designed and employed for other distributed uses were repurposed to maintain social connections, provide distributed services, continue to meet business needs, and for virtual meetings.

On the committee that organize the carnival 2019 cooler fete for the staff. Duties were to organize with other staff members in the design plan of the event, co-ordinate the promotion, market the event , sale of tickets, logistics for stage management and purchases for the event. Organize sports tournaments on behalf of the company. The events have all been a success and the design and plan has been used for further event standards.
