Controlling all ships and cargo manifest information on time and prepares ships plans to include yards, manpower and equipments plans for employment ready for execution by operations prior vessel arrival, whilst combining the customer senses in all planning work, integrated with ships agents to increase vessels services satisfactions
- Ensuring all port and container terminal work policies/procedures and any other official rules and regulations are followed and respected.
- Working directly with operations personnel to resolve operation issues and conflicts.
