The former Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago and the former Minister of Tertiary Education and Skills Training deemed the event a success, ILOCINTERFOR 41ST Technical Committee Meeting 2013 was deemed successfully hosted by Trinidad and Tobago under the Ministry of Tertiary Education and Skills (TEST) and the National Training Agency (NTA), where 37 member state countries attended; I was given the position of Coordinator and International Protocol officer, and oversaw the three-day Technical Committee daily Conference Meetings and directed opening and closing ceremonies., Effectively, re-branding the MIC-IT Helping Youth Prepare for Employment (HYPE) increased trainee intake by 300% in 2006 and sustained it up until my tenure at MIC in 2011. The Strategic Integrated Marketing and Communication plan I created made the HYPE Programme a household name in Trinidad and Tobago.
