I am currently employed here, at Atlantic LNG, which is one of the world's leading producers and suppliers of liquefied natural gas, and I am proud to be part of our dynamic and diverse team for the past 25 years. As the Assistant Operations Shift Superintendent, I manage the daily production activities, coordinate the maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. I have successfully led and delivered multiple projects and teams in high-pressure and critical situations, involving start-ups, shutdowns, operational training, and quality assurance of the LNG process. I have also acted extendedly in the position of the Operations Shift Superintendent, thus managing the facility and its operations successfully during these periods especially during the recent Pandemic, where I led ‘A’ Shift for almost all of the quarantine period. I am also passionate about continuous learning and improvement, and I recently completed my MBA degree at the University of Bedfordshire Business School, with a focus on business administration and management. This also complements my Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, and my Higher National Diploma in the same field. Additionally, I have completed several courses and certifications in training skills, assessing and assuring competence, and health and safety. As an assessor I am qualified both regionally and internationally as well, via the National Training Agency and City and Guilds respectively. As a CVQ Assessor at the National Training Agency, I apply my knowledge and skills to evaluate and certify the competence of Trainee Operators in the field of Process Plant Operations. I am confident that my academic and professional background will enable me to contribute to the continued excellence and innovation of this esteemed organization and therefore I look forward to an opportunity to meet to discuss the prospect of this new position.
