  • Liaison with Guyana based purchasing personnel as to ensure all HRC International Orders are properly vetted, shipments are on schedule/from reasonable ports & those local purchases per maintenance are done within the company's budget and procedures.
  • Receiving of Container when delivered to Warehouse, with care to secure and safeguard Seal;
  • Preparation of items being shipped, such as but not limited to wrapping, securing, labelling, checking etc;
  • Assist with loading as may be needed, with care to physically inspect all items prior to sealing container;
  • Preparation of draft shipping documents, such as but not limited to packing list (quantity of individual items, piece counts eg, pallets/cartons etc.), container no, seal no and any other critical information as may be required;
  • Collection of administrative documents per Inbound Shipments via DHL/PAS or other local agent - with care to liaise with Procurement Director on clearing of same in tandem with Brokers as required;
  • Verification of items received, inbounding of same into warehouse and dispatching to various Business Units as required.
