Tranche 3 : Project Clover Payroll 123.
Payroll 123 (P123) is a payroll accounting software, that was launched over fourteen (14) companies which was designed to:
For ten (10) months, I was seconded as a Project Lead to be a part of this team to ensure its smooth transition and successful launch for Alstons Marketing Co and also there Tobago branch (TOMCO). Over this ten (10) month period my duties were as follows:
1. Create and Conduct Iteration 1 and Iteration 2 Testing based on the Test cases until successful outcomes are achieved.
2. Review Failed cases with Payroll Business Lead and P123 Consultants to clear any bugs in application.
3. Remediate and retest until successful outcome achieved.
4. Review Failed case with Payroll Business Lead and P123 Consultants to clear any bugs in application.
5. Conduct User Acceptance Testing, (final iteration of testing) in preparation for Go-Live.
6. Ensure Legacy Payroll System Historic Data balances were provided to Data Lead for transformation to be uploaded to P123.
7. Review and validate transformed Historic Data, advise Data Lead of any corrections to be made.
8. Close and post payrolls in P123 for periods in chronological order.
9.Ensure all totals and YTD balances agree with the Legacy system totals and YTD balances
After critical testing and implementation of procedures and processes, Alstons marketing was the first company to successfully go live on time and had 100% FTQ compliance.
