  • Implemented TSTT’s eCommerce Solution Parlour Caribbean. A full circle multi-vendor eCommerce solution that allows for order placement, warehouse management, order packaging and delivery. With integrations with a number of delivery services such as TTPOST, ODeliver etc.
  • Implemented HDC’s More Ways To Pay Solution, ePay. A solution allowing for homeowners to now be able to pay their mortgages, rentals etc., online.
  • Provided Technical Support and developed all technical required documents required by The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago which lead to TSTT receiving its eMoney Licensing. This now allows to TSTT to launch its eWallet solution
  • Developed and implemented the Government’s Export Centres Company Limited (ECCL) online store and website. This solution allows for ECCL’s menberm to showcase their products and conduct online transactions with their customers.
  • Formulated TSTT's first software development team, Application Development and Management (ADAM), with the core aim of innovation through business process automation and the use of latest technologies in its day to day operations.
  • Developed TSTT’s e-Tender SaaS solution, Trinidad and Tobago’s only fully locally developed and owned automated procurement software solution. The solution offers end to end RFP & e-Auction Advertising/Browsing, Payment, Distribution, Administration, Bid Upload,Tender Openings, Tender Evaluations, Document Management and Contract Administration of Tenders all via the World Wide Web. Since its development in 2012, the site has hosted well over 3,000 users, with visits from tens of thousands of persons from over 129 countries. Moreover, the site has sold over 5,000 Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and achieved over 2,000 RFP responses (uploads) to date. Additionally, e-Tender SaaS is hosted in Trinidad and Tobago’s premier Data Centre, developed by TSTT - the only fully certified TIA 942B SOC 2 and VM Certified Cloud in Trinidad and Tobago
  • Developed and Implemented TSTT’s Point of Sale Solution to replace TSTT’s legacy billing solution. The POS is utilized by all TSTT dealer stores within Trinidad and Tobago allowing stores to capture payments of walk-in customers and apply said payments to relevant accounts and conduct daily accounting close-offs
  • The development and implementation of TSTT’s Document Management System. With the introduction of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization was forced to adopt a working from home status. As a result a number of key functionalities were left broken. One such functionality is the signing of documents. To resolve this issue, the Internal Document Management Solution (iDMS) was developed. This solution allows the organization to create online documents, select both reviewer groups as well as approver groups and route electronically to various individuals allowing for digital signature to be attached to the document. This signature is then used to generate an overall signature page displaying reviewer/approver, position date of approval (Time-Stamped) and the associated signature.
