Prepares letters to the Office of the Ombudsman :
Prepares monthly status Reports.
Review Regularity and Punctuality Summary Reports prepared by the Clerk Typist.
Supervises Clerk IV, Clerk III, Clerk II, Stores Clerk, Maids Cleaners, Telephone Operators.
Check and Certify correct invoices for Janitorial services, TTEC, TSTT Service Rental and others, within one week of receipt.
Approve request for invoice orders, ensuring the are prepared in accordance with the Financial Regulations within two days of receipt.
Recommends the purchase of goods and services and request approvals.
Perform duties as it relates to personnel functions as required.
Attend to meetings held by Senior Officers and conduct meetings with subordinate staff at least once monthly.
Coordinate and lead team in tender committees for janitorial hygiene, pest control and security contracts.
Assist the Administrative officer V with the following:
Maintained inventory of office supplies and placed orders at least twice per month.
