  • Leave administration - enters leave on the HRIS; monitors and reports on time and attendance
  • Processes Work Permits - complete the application form and gather required documents
  • Package such and send to broker as applicable
  • Ensure resumes are completed and updated for all employees using the Company’s Resume Template
  • Coordinates and arranges pre- employment requirements including skills-testing, world checks, background and reference checks, relevant employment documentation and STS internal induction
  • Preparation of changes to employment terms letters, promotion letters, payroll notifications, memos, payment vouchers etc
  • Preparation and confirmation of job letters from external parties
  • Logs interviews and sends out unsuccessful letters
  • Requests and Manages the HR department stationary
  • Manages department petty cash float
  • Verification of applications for Fringe payments
  • Records minutes of disciplinary/grievance hearings
  • Prepares and distributes employee ID and Access cards
  • Prepares and submits reports as and when required
  • Ensuring all letters/memos and general administrative (scanning, photocopying & filing) duties are completed on a timely basis
  • Maintains personnel files
  • Flights and Accommodations - Assists with preparing the necessary documents (International Mobilization Forms etc), flight arrangements and hotel reservations for expats and employees entering / departing the country
  • Assists with employee relations activities and social events as and when required
