Summary

I have had a long career in the Diplomatic service of Trinidad and Tobago and during this time has had the fortune of working directly with two Prime Ministers several Ministers of Foreign Affairs as well as Ministers of other portfolios. From my experience, I have been able to use my knowledge of diplomacy combined with my other skills and experience to find solutions in diverse and unrelated areas. I have encountered ambiguous and unstructured situations to which I was able to apply my knowledge experience and skills in order to find original solutions to these complex problems. During my career, I successfully engaged with a variety of stakeholders, including government private sector, and non-governmental organizations of various countries and cultures, even during occasions of possible conflict, and have been able to amicably resolve complex situations and retain strong relationships.
