  • Manage the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS) both on-site and off-site
  • Review key policies, processes, procedures, and systems for operational gaps and legislative changes and propose amendments to the HSE Management System for approval by Executive Management
  • Prepare work schedules for H.S.E Officers and review completed reports for non-compliance
  • Review inspection reports of workplace equipment to ensure continued compliance with OSH legislation and recommend changes where applicable
  • Review accident/incident reports to determine areas of non-compliance relative to statute, the work environment or systems of work and recommend the relevant remedial activities
  • Prepare yearly budgets for Pest Control Management, Fire Equipment Servicing & Maintenance, PPE, HSE Incentive program

  • Review Accident/Incident reports for submission to OSH Agency, Department Heads and Insurers
  • Network with relevant authorities (OSHA, TTFS, EMA etc.) to maintain overall regulatory compliance in the interest of All stakeholders
  • Supervise H.S.E Officers and their activities to support all H.S.E compliance programs
