My responsibilities were to:

Call customers and inform them when the technician will be coming over to repair, disconnect or install their internet or television services.

It also entailed sending emails of the updates to the contractor's client, organizing the work load of each day and dispatching out the scheduled jobs to the respective technician teams.

Remotely managing Teams to make sure that all customers were visited.

Sub-Contractor for ElecSpec Power Solutions for the installation of the Fire Alarm System at the New Point Fortin Hospital.

My responsibilities were to manage all teams in respect too:

Outlining the daily task for teams to accomplish.

Monitor and give forth-nightly updates to ElecSpec Power Solutions as to when the tasks will be completed and oversee teams to make sure that all expectations were meet.

I was also responsible for administration aspec as well.

This job entailed internet installations for Amplia.

I worked as a Technician on the field which entailed:

Working on heights ( using a 24ft fiberglass ladder to maneuver on T&TEC poles to carry the Fiber connection to the customers home)

Customer Services ( Every customer meet was professionally dealt with and given detailed information on how to operate their services)

Safety Awareness ( All OSHA regulations were followed when it came to working on heights and Defensive Driving rules and regulations were followed on a daily basis)

I also trained persons as well in this field.

This was the police station project where my responsibilities were to:

To do all the electrical infrastructure works needed for the Fire Alarm System.

Do all wiring and installing and testing of the devices for the Fire Alarm System
