• Managed the nationwide launch of a major strategic initiative for Scotiabank, Q-Flow (walk-in virtual queue & data management system). Also worked on two other successful strategic projects 'VIP Banker' (new banking segment focused on maintaining relationships with Corporate Clients' decision makers) and 'Project Wallet' (Primary banker reward system).
• Developed a reputation for always showing initiative to learn and understand the big picture to ensure that tasks are performed effectively, relieving pressure from supervisors and managers. This included being the 'go-to' creative person for organizing various ad hoc yet important events.
