-Providing clients with advice and solutions to meet their immediate and future needs in the areas of everyday banking, new account opening, term deposits, credit cards and many more. Maximizing every client opportunity and introducing them with a sales Professional or booking a convenient appointment.

-Demonstrating effectiveness in getting work right the first time.

-Floor Management. Manage flow of clients, engaging them up on entry to the branch and assisting them with the use and knowledge of multi-channel and digital solutions.

-Delivering exceptional client experience, providing advice and solutions to meet clients immediate and future needs in everyday banking and credit solutions.

-Making proactive calls and partnering with other colleagues to attract, nurture and grow client relationships to meet clients entire suite of banking.

-Setting and managing calendar appointments for clients.

-Cash management activities including cash ordering, redemption routines, partnering with other cash custodians and control custodians for efficient end of day balancing and identification of outages

-Preparing and Receiving cash parcels.

-Abm clearing and maintenance including pack cash bins, ensuring abm's are filled with cash and functioning.

-Processing of Business and abm envelope deposits .
