- Lead the development and distribution of e-library articles, video vignettes, bulletins, newsletters, brochures, magnets, bookmarks and posters to support our client engagement strategy.
- Manage the online presence (email and web portal) of the department to ensure optimum service delivery.
- Plan, organize, facilitate and evaluate education sessions, trainings and/or workshops for employees, supervisors, managers, HR Personnel, union stewards and other stakeholders.
- Provide complete account management and guidance on EAP related policies and procedures to all EAP Contracts, which includes management coaching/consultation to department/division heads and supervisory personnel relative to the EAP and related job performance issues.
