1. Project Administration services towards LEED certification:

• Confirmed LEED pathway and related Minimum Program Requirements (MPRs).
• Reviewed all architectural designs and engineering drawings, diagrams, and other documentation for compliance with LEED criteria.
• Reviewed and confirmed all LEED Design Submittal Prerequisites and associated deliverables.
• Provided support and guidance in the application phase of LEED.
• Tracked and logged all documents related to the LEED Design Submittal by each targeted credit.
• Reviewed and archived all supporting documents, LEED credit forms and other necessary data.
• Reviewed the latest design, construction, and material standards for LEED compliance.

2. Sustainable Planning guidance on all technical requirements for the project:

• Provided technical guidance and assistance on all matters, drawings, designs, and plans for this project, including:

(a) Reviewed all designs, drawings, plans and documentation to ensure technical requirements of project are being met according to local and national policies and legislation.

(b) Coordinated meetings with design, engineering, and other technical teams as needed to define and develop all required technical documentation.

(c) Developed and recommended strategies to maximise sustainable design and construction practices.

• Championed sustainable event management policies and green practices through development and implementation of various policies and initiatives, particularly reduction in waste and resources used
• Drafted Executive Council Notes and supporting budgets (between $1 and $14 million) for submission through the Office of the Secretary
• Assisted in planning, arranging, and oversight of all logistics for events being managed by the Commission, including creation of site plans using Google Maps and ArcGIS
