- Safety – Enforce the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Standard Operating Procedures in keeping with local and international standards.
- Compliance - Ensure plant operations and process is monitored, controlled and meets all acceptable standards for water pollution rules outlined by the Environmental Management Authority.
- Operation and Production – Supervise daily production schedules, and resolve operational bottlenecks upstream and downstream of the treatment process.
- Maintenance - Responsible for the planning, scheduling, coordinating and execution of major and minor maintenance works on all plant equipment inclusive of pumps and motors, air blowers, separators, clarifiers, and bioreactors.
- Team Management – Hire, train, mentor and evaluate staff performance.
- Reporting and Data – Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on plant production and performance as well as manage inventory level.
