KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares bill of quantities, cost estimates, bid procedure, scope of works and technical evaluation reports i.e (milestones, deadlines, deliverables and expectation) for all CNG installations to ensure the direction of the project meets deadlines and expected project end dates.
  • Create project plans on MS project for existing and new construction CNG service stations.
  • Provides advice and guidance to clients on design layout options for civil, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure of CNG installation, equipment and storage on all CNG service stations projects as defined by various governmental agencies.
  • Assists in the evaluation of tenders from Contractors for engineering works to facilitate recommendation of award of contracts.
  • Coordinates the review of project descriptions, work permits, closure plans and assists governmental agencies with site inspections and associated reports to ensure compliance in accordance with regulatory and NFPA 52 requirements.
  • Reviews project plans to ensure all requirements have been met; consults with clients to ensure their concerns are identified and works with them in an effort to mitigate any concerns.
  • Conducts technical studies, manages, and implements projects and initiatives. Obtains information, reviews, and assists in analysing problems and developing innovative solutions. Evaluation of proposals to enhance CNG development services.
  • Keep up to date with technical developments, national and international standards and legislative requirements related to the scope of the discipline.
  • Maintain 100% control of work safety standards and accountability in all areas and statutory/regulatory requirements.
