Summary
I am an Industrial Relations Professional with a wealth of experience in Law ,Labour Law and Post Graduate certifications in Industrial Relations and Collective Bargaining.
My current role is Labour Relations Officer at a Trade Union. I was successful in achieving settlements between the Union and the Company at the bilateral stage ,Ministry of Labour and the Industrial Court Trinidad and Tobago .I also advocate at the Industrial Court .
My portfolio also includes former legal consultancy in Industrial Relations .Prior to this role ,I held the position of Managing Director at two small businesses over 4 years managing all aspects of business operations .
I am also in the process of completing the final stage of the Legal Education Certificate to practice as an Attorney at Law .
I consider myself fully equipped to advise companies on strategic management ,the laws of Industrial Relations and best practices.
