Summary

My professional development from clerk to management spans sixteen (16) years across public-sector, media, projects, entrepreneurship and design agency domains. With core compentencies centered on strategic planning, programme development and project coordination, my training in administration, communications, design, marketing and executive management facilitates my role and capacity in the implementation of social and financial development initiatives. I work behind the scenes to bring clarity, structure and follow-through on projects between management, technical and operational teams. My core strength lies in bridging the gap between an organization's big ideas into actionable timelines and deliverables. I use culture, sport, storytelling, music, games and art modalities as key drivers to package complex narratives and information to connect with beneficiaries. I leverage digitization and technology to add value to teams that I am a part of to boost agility, adapt-ability and achieve outcomes. My experiential assets draws on reality-based experiences with specialized training which enables me to deliver solutions that are tested, academically grounded, culturally fluent and ethically sound. As a member of the Caribbean community, I am proud of my local heritage and representing our country globally with excellence, distinction, authenticity and class.
