Conducted coating inspection of pipe spools for:

1) NGC Ghana Project (Takoradi Distribution Station-Ghana Proposed Pressure Regulating Package Inlet and Outlet Piping).

2) BP Project (Installation of Temporary Alternative Gas Supply to BP Terminal Facility, Galeota.

Conducted coating inspection of pipes and vessels at the BP Galeota Expansion Project and submitted associated daily coating reports.

• Coating inspection during coating repairs of potable water and firewater tanks at UTT In-Tek Park, Tamana., Monar Construction.
• Coating Inspection of Spools for Dolphin Platform.
• MPI of structural steel and pad eyes.

• Conduct third party paint coating inspection for clients as per NACE, including but not limited to:.
• Nozzle pressure test.
• Collection of anchor profiles.
• Chloride test.
• Blotter test.
• Measurement of environmental conditions, e.g.
• Relative Humidity (RH), Dew point, Delta temperature etc.
• Measurement and calculation of Dry and Wet Film Thickness.
• Pull off adhesion test using Defelsko Positest Automatic and Manual unit.
• High and low voltage holiday detection on tank linings, sub-sea spools etc.
• Visual inspection of welded/fabricated items for weld pickups prior to and after blast and prime.
• Inspection of PFP during the construction of the BPTT Juniper Gas production platform.
• Coating Inspection of High and Low temperature piping during insulation operations.
• Daily tracking of consumables usage e.g.
• Paint, thinners, grit.
• Daily tracking of fabricated/welded items sent to the blast yards to ensure traceability.
• Preparation of daily reports for respective projects and ferrous nonferrous coating operations throughout the yard.
• Experienced in working with 2, 3 and 4 coat systems, PFP, non-skid surfaces, tank linings, neoprene linings, splash zone coatings, FBE coatings, Denso wrap, etc.

• Lvl 2 Certified on Mitsubishi (Trinidad Methanol Division) TMD Construction Site.
