  • Ensure that users are properly trained in the use of Customer Information System (CIS) and those to be incorporated in the future, as well as, provide end-user support for the CIS and other applications used in the Commercial department.
  • Review all requests for access to the CIS and ensure that they are consistent with the users’ level of training.
  • Prepare end-user training documentation such as step-by-step procedures and guidelines for all Commercial applications, and ensure that all user documentation is consistent with currently accepted procedures.
  • Assist and supervise the formulation, testing, and implementation of reports/functionality in the Customer Information System and other software applications used by Commercial users.
  • Review customer billing queries via the telephone and also ensure that all customer queries received via email or the Customer Web Access portal are completed and a response sent within two (2) working days of receipt.
  • Review the user Security for the Commercial applications twice annually, and ensure that Commercial employees are granted the correct system access to attain maximum efficiency.
