  • Acting Appointments for Accounting Assistant, Clerk Typist I, Administrative Assistant II, Clerk Stenographer III and completed before the close of IHris deadline
  • Delegated returns uploaded to sign request for approval and signature by Court Executive Administrator within each quarter
  • Delegated Returns approved and signed by the CEA are submitted to the Accounting Unit and IHris for payment
  • Signs delegated letters, copies are forwarded to the Service Commission Department, Comptroller of Accounts, Auditor General, Accounting Unit, Confidential, Personal Files and forwards originals to the respective officers by the first week after each quarter
  • Requests first approvals from Service Commission Department within one (1) week from date of assumption
  • Requests medical examination for further employment in the Public Service after the officer completes two (2) years continuous service within two (2) weeks

  • Pension and Leave Clerk: Check Personnel file to determine date of continuous service and prior place of employment, then request Pension and Leave record from other Ministries in order to complete record
