- Developed and implemented new methods of teaching to CSEC and lower school students to ensure each student received an equitable education and continuous growth during the pandemic
- Using statistical methods and programming, a more rigorous analysis was done on student academic performance in order to optimize success and ensure holistic growth of the students
- Implemented School Based Assessments (SBAs) and maintain a high quality
- Developed new topics for SBAs and executed multifarious new labs to ensure easy interpretation by students especially during the pandemic to ensure their continuous improvement
- Increased the number of enrollments in CSEC Physics by roughly 200% and CSEC Additional Mathematics by approximately 400%
- Mentored dozens of students who are currently enrolled at local and foreign universities pursuing areas of Data Science, Medicine, Law, Engineering.
