I am a graduate of the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago, in which I have completed a Bachelor’s of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Construction Management and I am also PMP Certified for the past ten (10) years. With over fifteen (15) years of experience in various engineering fields ranging from infrastructure to maintenance works, as well as more than six (6) years in management positions to lead projects, I am well equipped to serve your organization.

For the past five (5) years I have been employed in Trinidad and Tobago as the Project Manager for the South West Regional Health Authority (The Largest Health Authority in Trinidad and Tobago serving over 600,000 people), with the Commissioning and Projects Department under my purview. During this time I was able to manage and oversee approximately One Hundred Million Dollars ($100,000,000.00 TTD) in infrastructure and equipment projects under the Public Sector Investment Programme (PSIP). For the past two fiscals my average performance index was 98%, with fiscal 2021 ending in a 100% funding request and spend. Prior to my position in the SWRHA, I held engineering positions at Palo Seco Agricultural Enterprises Limited (PSAEL) as well as Constructura OAS Ltd (responsible for the construction of the San Fernando to Point Fortin Highway expansion in Trinidad and Tobago). With the experience gathered over the years, I have managed to grow and develop into a successful Project Engineer/Project Manager with the ability to manage and execute any project/s assigned to me no matter the complexity.
