  • Leave Management process which includes receiving all leave via Criminal HR Leave email, sorting and distributing leave to be processed. Vetting of leave application, duty allowance and approvals and signing of clssification letters and Leave forms on behalf of the HR manager.
  • Assist with the Re-engagement process Which includes sending reminders via email and phone call to employees who's contracts are close to expiry. Receiving of re-engagement documents. Preparation of Re-engagement Report and Offer Letters.
  • Recruitment and Selection process Assist with Scheduling and co-ordination of Interviews, preparation of merged scoresheets, interview Reports, DCEA Approvals and Offer letters.
  • Assist with Assumption of Duty forms, Request to Pay and Stop Pay Documents, Memos to Accounts for eg. Maternity and Name Change.
  • Review / vet all job letters.
  • Gratuity processing which includes reviewing of gratuity files and the preparation of computation.
