Food and Bar Areas:
● Implement and monitor cost control measures to minimise wastage and manage food and beverage costs effectively.
● Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas where savings can be achieved.
● Develop and enforce procedures for portion control, ingredient usage, and waste reduction.
● Ensure accurate recording and tracking of all food and beverage purchases, including those for bar operations.
(b). Inventory Management for Storage Facilities:
● Oversee the inventory management for all company storage facilities, including food, beverages, cutlery, plates, and glasses.
● Establish and enforce necessary storage rules to ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory items.
● Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical counts with recorded quantities.
● Implement and monitor inventory controls to prevent loss, theft, or spoilage.
● Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to storage and handling.
(c). Ordering and Stock Management:
● Place orders for inventory items with suppliers based on current stock levels and anticipated needs.
● Maintain accurate records of all orders and ensure timely receipt of goods from suppliers.
● Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid shortages.
● Issue stock to related areas as per requests, ensuring that all distribution is accurately documented and controlled.
● Ensure that stock is stored correctly and in accordance with company procedures to maintain quality and prevent waste.
(d). Payroll and Tax Filing:
● Process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
● Maintain payroll records and prepare all necessary documentation for payroll-related matters.

● File tax returns and other required documents with relevant authorities in accordance with Trinidad and Tobago tax laws.
● Handle queries related to payroll and taxes from employees and government agencies.
(e) General Accounting:
● Oversee the general accounting functions, including the preparation of financial statements, management of accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing.
● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
● Prepare monthly financial reports for Meena House Enterprises Limited, First Impression Trading Company Ltd, and its subsidiaries.
(f). Expatriate Records Maintenance:
● Maintain accurate records of expatriate employees, including work permits, visas, and related documentation.
● Track the expiration dates of permits and visas, ensuring timely renewals.
(g). Contract Expiries and Renewals:
● Monitor and manage the expiration and renewal of contracts for suppliers, service providers, and employees.
● Ensure that all contracts are up to date and renewed as necessary to avoid any disruptions in service.
(h). Monthly Financials:
● Prepare and present monthly financial statements for all companies under Meena House Enterprises Limited, First Impression Trading Company Ltd, and its subsidiaries.
● Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to the management team.
(i). Ensure Profitability:
● Monitor and analyse financial performance to ensure the profitability of all businesses.
● Identify areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
● Suggest and call meetings with relevant stakeholders if necessary to address financial issues and improve profitability.
(j). Effective Payment to Suppliers:
● Ensure timely and effective payment to suppliers to maintain good relationships and avoid any disruptions in the supply chain.
● Monitor and manage accounts payable to ensure all invoices are processed accurately and paid on time.
● Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
(k). Reconciliation and Data Entry:
● Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
● Monitor and manage transactions from food delivery apps and reconcile them with the company’s records.
● Perform data entry tasks and ensure all financial records are accurately maintained.
● Utilise QuickBooks for accounting tasks, including tracking expenses, generating financial reports, and managing other financial data.
