Summary

Being a Highly-motivated individual with a desire to take on new challenges in the field of being the Project Coordinator - Literacy and Numeracy Remediation. It is desirous to be able to function in this new sphere of the education system seeking to impact and influence those students who are in need of additional assistance and teachers who are seeking to inspire differently those left behind. Strong work ethics, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills are just a few of the positive attitudes presented. I am a believer in me and the ability to make changes in the lives of the remedial recipients. Having done this before and is prepared to do so on a larger scale, God being my helper.

I am adept at working effectively, unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills in establishing relationships with the relevant personnels in the MOE. Professionally, offerings in educational studies in administration and school systems coupled with the many years of experience in working generally with the the challenged learners, will add value to the Remedial Program and by extension the MOE. Since the institution is in need of an individual with great collaboration, interpersonal and multitasking abilities, all these skills are present in Mrs. Sharon Charles-Bain, down to earth with people and a team-builder.
