Summary

Mrs Sharon Winchester is a Children’s Services Associate with the Children’s
Authority of Trinidad and Tobago – Tobago Operations and one of the first
members of the Authority’s staff to assume duty in Tobago. I obtained a BSc in Youth Development Work and a Certificate in Social Work.
I have worked in the social work field in Tobago for twelve (12) years. Usually, I find time to share my expertise as an executive member of the NGO Hope and Action Network where I am part of this team of professionals responding and also promoting healing to persons who have experienced trauma.
I enjoy interacting with members of the public as a group facilitator sharing information about child safeguarding and child rights. I have a special interest in teaching parents alternative and effective methods of parenting.
