Online Games Supervisor

  • Supervises the day-to-day work activities of the Agent Customer Relations & Compliance Officers (ACRO’s, CO’s), Draw Integrity Officers, Office Assistant and Courier
  • Preparation of attendance reports for submission to the Operations Manager for staff members
  • Prepares appraisals for members of staff in consultation with the Operations Manager
  • Supervises staff in monitoring the activities of the Online central system to ensure that Agents’ sales are properly accounted for and initiate appropriate corrective action where necessary
  • Ensures that all financial transactions pertinent to online agents {banking, sales, and commissions} are effectively carried out
  • Supervises account receivable activity daily for all online agents (recycles) and the weekly batching of creditors
  • Carry out all operational activities by rolling out all terminal installations and relocations throughout Trinidad and Tobago for the purpose of online gaming
  • Manage NLCB’s terminal installation project initiated by the Board of Directors
  • Completed 80 installations in 2023 which increased revenue to over $3 million
  • Reduced NLCB’s debt collection from defaulting agents which increased NLCB’s account receivables by 14 million
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports and financial analysis of indebted agents for preparation of suppression
  • Conducts all agents accounts reconciliation queries through MS Access for the purpose of debt collection
  • In absence of the Operations Manager leads all reporting activities the preparation of reports for the Managing Director and Board of Directors
  • Monitors all online gaming system activity to ensure all agents are adhering to the standards of the contractual agreement; also ensuring that there are no irregularities in the system including downtime, and incorrect or conflicting figures in the central system
  • Conducts sales analysis by ensuring agents’ sales figures are not out of character (higher than average or lower than acceptable)
  • Establishes and facilitates all onboarding of new agents onto the network and ensures the organization’s legal framework is adhered to by all new and current agents
  • Liaises with the Special Unit of the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service (TTPS) for the purpose of illegal gambling activities
  • Perusal of technical reports from the International Gaming Company (IGT) for the purpose of resolving agent queries.
  • Streamlined the onboarding process for new hires by creating comprehensive training materials and conducting hands-on training sessions.
  • Spearheaded initiatives aimed at improving staff morale and overall job satisfaction, leading to reduced turnover rates among team members.
