With over 24 years of leadership experience in oil & gas and petrochemical operations — including senior management roles at Proman, Caribbean Gas Chemical Ltd. (CGCL), and BP Trinidad & Tobago — I bring a proven record of delivering complex brownfield, life extension, and turnaround projects while embedding a strong HSSE culture and delivering measurable value in cost, schedule, and asset integrity.
• In my current role as Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Proman, I lead a team of 137 personnel across engineering, operations, and contractor functions. I have directed multiple plant turnarounds and outages, consistently achieving cost, schedule, and HSSE targets, while implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Acting as Plant Manager on several occasions, I assumed full accountability for production delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance of business-critical decisions.
• Previously at CGCL, I successfully led a 21-day turnaround that saved US $1.5M, spearheaded the implementation of an award-winning Asset Maintenance Program (SMRP Company of the Year 2019), and managed multimillion-dollar upgrades such as Fire & Gas and Safety Instrumented Systems, securing both regulatory approval and significant cost savings. At BP Trinidad & Tobago, I directed offshore maintenance execution, implemented cost-saving measures that delivered over TTD $10M in savings, and contributed to the engineering integration of the Juniper Subsea Gas Platform.
