Statementofpurpose

A results-oriented professional with twenty-one (25) years’ experience within the RBC. My organizational and planning skills have resulted in the efficient operating of the various departments I have worked with. My passion for good Customer Service, and efficiency has contributed to the consistent achievement of customer service standards. My experience at the Supervisory level has highlighted my interpersonal and motivational ability through ensuring a strong team approach and achievement of maximum performance levels and productivity. Currently as an Operations Implementation Specialist and formerly Production Support Officer these roles have allowed me to harness new skill sets. This would include the management of Applications, User Acceptance Testing, Post Implementation Verification, Project management and the resolution of system related issue to mitigate any negative impact to both our internal Users and Customer alike. Engaging the necessary stakeholders at all levels of the organization through effective collaboration is an integral part of the role. Thus far in completing my MBA program further skill set were developed in the area of Leadership, strategic planning, Project management.
