Throughout my journey as a developing leader my passion has consistently been operational soundness. Less than two year into my role , I had the opprtunity to prepare for the TT market financial audit which was intriguing. The skills I have attained as a BOS tailored and increase my proficiency in my current role. In addition, I have collaborated with OEC and OSS to improve my branch operational gaps while simultaneous participating in other initiatives the branch was selected to assist. It was an endorsement for me to learn and increase my knowledge to support my team and our clients.
