Coordinating with other law enforcement and emergency agencies to combat crime.

Making critical decisions under pressure to ensure public safety.

Addressing community concerns and building trust and partnerships.

In charge of the Charlotteville, Moriah, and Roxborough Police Station

Oversee the activities of constables and sergeants, ensuring all officers adhere to departmental policies and procedures.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to subordinates.

Training and Development

Identify needs and organize training programs for officers.

Ensure, that all officers receive ongoing professional development.

Community relations

Foster positive relationships between the police and the community.

General duties, preparing job descriptions/ performance, devising and implementing strategies/programs to control and solve criminal activities in the Station districts.

Worked in several stations in Tobago in a Supervisory/Administrative capacity. Coordinating with other state agencies and Non-Government organizations such as the Coast Guard, Fire Services, Prisons, Ministry of Health, Transport, Forensic Science Centre, and Customs/Immigration on security matters.
