⦁ Manages the efficient preparation of Customs Declarations within Key Performance Indicators (KPI) timeframe
⦁ Reviews Customs duties and Classification used prior to submission to Clients

• Identifies areas of weakness and recommends improvements.
• Provides consultation to Clients in relation to the laws and regulations of the Customs Act
• Liaises with the relevant regulatory bodies including Customs & Excise at the various Ports of call and external Agencies to resolve queries
  ⦁ Ensures all Licenses and/or Permits are received prior to assessing of Customs Declaration
  ⦁ Comply with the Company's HSE rules, policies and procedures
  ⦁ Provide Management with daily report of entries Assessed
  ⦁ Reduced errors in documentation by conducting thorough reviews and implementing quality control measures.

⦁ Handle the Clearances of shipments at the Port, Warehouse and CES
⦁ Processing of Import/Export Declarations
⦁ Liaise with Customs Officers and Agencies to obtain approval for clearance
⦁ Resolve queries within agreed timeframe
⦁ Oversee Customs Clerk to ensure Compliance to all regulatory requirements

⦁ Handling the Processing of Customs Import Declaration
⦁ Payment of Customs Duties
⦁ Obtaining approval from Various departments in Customs – AU, Warehousing, Freezone and Valuations

⦁ Handling Clearances in Ports/Bonds of Port of Spain and Piarco

⦁ Handling the Clearance in all Port of Entry
⦁ Preparation of Import/Export Declaration

⦁ Dealing with Customers on a day to day basis
⦁ Providing Reference checks on new application wishing to purchase items on terms/credit

⦁ Manage the day to day affairs of the business
⦁ Handle the Accounting and Payroll functions
⦁ Manage a staff of 8 persons
